Earlobe piercings can frequently elongate and in some cases earrings can fully tear through the earlobe, leaving a cleft.  Dr. Garcia and Dr. Surowitz meticulously repair such earlobes, leaving a natural contour. We will re-pierce the earlobe approximately 6-9 weeks after repair to ensure it is done correctly and gives a long-lasting result with less likelihood of tearing again.
