I couldn’t recommend Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery more! I went in for a consult for Botox/Dysport with Catherine. She answered all of my questions and walked me step by step through the process and what to expect. She includes a free follow up appointment, to check in on her work and potentially make adjustments if needed. I’m one week post and so happy with the results!

I came here for a rhinoplasty and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The Drs and entire staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and kind and the results 1 year later are better than I could have possibly hoped for.

MOHs surgery repair of basil call carcinoma of nasal ala removed the prior day by MOHs certified dermatologist. Approach involved a nasiolabial skin flap. I was really anxious about the surgeries and aesthetic results. 5+ months post op now and very grateful to have found these surgeons. Highly recommend for their collaborative approach, bedside manner, and surgical expertise.

15% Price Increase Faux Pas! I don’t want to post a low star review as Catherine is INCREDIBLE! Many of the reviews here speak to that. She is amazing at her craft and visits to her chair are like coffee dates with an old friend. I get my Botox and SkinBetterScience skincare at DFPS. Unfortunately management has chosen to raise Botox and Dysport prices 15% - WELL beyond any inflation numbers we’re seeing - to $14/unit and $4.67/unit respectively. Half of the increase and I would have stayed but an evasive email saying prices are rising to injectables clients (why not raise your surgical prices more?) without any #s or details, was not a wise move. Pair that with excessive increases and unfortunately it’s time to move on. Again, Catherine is fantastic but I believe in transparency and my hope is that management will rethink their decisions in the future. Plenty of cosmetic surgery offices still charge $12/unit. This jump was too much to ignore.
I recently got a rhinoplasty and chin implant with Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery. I could not be more pleased with the process, surgery itself, and recovery. The team spent ample time addressing my concerns and helping me feel prepared for the surgery. The recovery has been very smooth. I’m only 2 weeks post op and have zero bruising and very minimal swelling. I would go back to Dilworth Facial Plastic Surgery for any future needs without a doubt.
