I had an osteoma on my forehead that had been slowly growing over the course of the last 10 years. Within the last year, a second osteoma had started to become visible as well. I decided that I needed to do surgery to get them removed since they were both continuing to growing larger. I decided to talk to multiple plastic surgeons to try to find the right fit for me. Despite the fact that I had decided to look into the surgery, I was still a little hesitant about diving into the unknown. At my first appointment, I immediately felt a connection with Dr. Garcia and Dr. Surowitz. It was a combination of many things. First of all, it eased my mind to see the results of other patients who had undergone the same procedure. Also, I was glad to know that they would both be involved in the surgery … two for the price of one. Last, but not least, their bedside manner puts you at ease. They really listened to what was important to me and explained their process to me rather than simply trying to push their agenda on me. After the surgery, they gave me their cell phone so I could stay in touch and called that afternoon to check up on me. Thank you Drs.
